Agile Female Leadership- A 2024 Perspective on Empowerment and Progress

I discovered agile leadership about a year and a half ago and have been exploring how I can extract the maximum from this methodology to apply it to my daily life. As an entrepreneur, the certainty of uncertainties that is inherent in the business world is a fact, so using agile leadership enables us to be better prepared for the dynamic challenges we face.

The difficulties we face as female leaders should be seen as challenges that we have to manage and position ourselves differently. If everyone does things the same way, why can’t we innovate, co-create, and challenge? If externally we still often feel indifference because we are women, adopting other methodologies in our leadership style can be the added value. 

Maintaining our values, principles, humanised leadership, and a high capacity for adaptation can be differentiating factors, integrating the diversity that characterises us.
