It can be difficult at first and I remember that I didn’t like to close my eyes but with practice it became easier and more effective, even I always keep my eyes wide open.

In the last two years I really made an effort to change my environment and who I spend your time with. Setting boundaries, living intentionally are very effective ways to deal with old distractions and achieve success is by changing your mindset. Instead of telling yourself that you can’t do something or that you’re not good enough, believe that you can and that you are good enough. When you have positive self-talk, it’s amazing what you can accomplish.
