Healing Anxiety and Mental Health- A Journey From Panic To Peace

Are you feeling overwhelmed by stress and anxiety? Are you struggling to find a way to manage your mental health and achieve a sense of inner peace? If so, I want to introduce you to the power of healing energy.

For centuries, humans have recognized the power of energy to transform and heal the body and mind. From the ancient practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine to the modern fields of psychology and neuroscience, the role of energy in preventing poor mental health and opening new roads into well-being has been widely studied and acknowledged.

When we are stressed, anxious, or experiencing negative emotions, our energy becomes blocked or disrupted, leading to physical and mental imbalances. Healing energy techniques, such as acupuncture and meditation, work to restore the natural flow of energy in the body and promote deep healing on both a physical and emotional level.

In this article, we will explore the ways in which healing energy can be used to manage anxiety and promote overall mental wellness. Through the power of intention, mindfulness, and energy practices, we can learn to harness the transformative power of healing energy to achieve a greater sense of inner peace and wellbeing.

I invite you to join me on this journey of self-discovery and healing as we explore the role of healing energy in promoting mental health and wellness.

Healing anxiety and mental health and how to start re-imagining inner peace

No matter what age we are, the years seem to pass at an ever-quicker pace. Sometimes where you are, who you are and where you want to be are not always what we would expect or would have foreseen.  Large single events or a long drawn-out series of life changes can dramatically alter our situation and perspective in life.  Locked in for months on end, the pandemic led to much introspection, fear, anxiety and distrust of the world about us.

Changes in work practice and working from home have led to a sense of isolation. The world we thought we knew is greatly disrupted from huge cost of living rises in energy and food prices, shortages, public transport problems, delayed access to healthcare, worldwide inflation (unknown to many younger people) through to wars and civil unrest in several countries.  The pace of change has been incredible and we need to have a positive outlook.

Healing social anxiety and mental health post lockdown

It is no surprise that much has and is being said about ‘mental health’.  It could be suggested that the media only really started to focus upon and talk about mental health when we had lockdown not knowing how long it would last and the worry of what the future held for us. Discussion then moved on to domestic and professional environments.

We probably only really put mental health at the top of the agenda with the pressures faced by medical staff and essential workers during the pandemic, and how we all coped with the claustrophobia of lockdown and the agoraphobia when released out of our ‘domestic cocoons’.  People returning to workplaces say their jobs are almost impossible now with colleagues laid off.  Some have experienced feelings of panic in crowded areas such as airports, pop concerts, school halls and even busy streets.

Mental health is a very broad-ranging subject. It can happen at any age with social media abuse to young people, job and career traumas, and relationship and health struggles. The economic landscape with soaring cost of living has definitely increased stress and anxiety across the board.

Our minds and emotions can be quite fragile and whilst we may seem to cope on the outside, there can be a massive build-up of unprocessed feelings and a sense of being completely overwhelmed by our circumstances. We are all having to adapt having enjoyed seemingly unlimited use of energy, fuel, food, holidays and a good life to recognising that our lifestyles really do have limits and environmental consequences.

This does not mean that there is nothing good for the future, we maybe have to scale down what we had and what we did but we can still have happiness in our lives and a bright future. All we need is the confidence to see that, plus a little help to make it happen.

How do we recognise anxiety in ourselves and those around us?

People are suffering and looking for an alternative.  Medical practitioners and the NHS are not in a position to deal with this massive increase in anxiety and stress. Many families and individuals are breaking down with pressures of simply being able to heat their home and feed their family.  Stress can be a killer as dark thoughts take us into a place that creates more dark thoughts where you can think of the worst outcomes.  Mental health symptoms can be quite perverse; typically, people who literally see no point to Life and feel little joy.  Walking down the street, they see ‘all those people’ and think: ‘they do not have my problems.  They have no problems or at least none like mine.‘

They believe all other people are healthy and fit. There is much resentment and they are envious of those doing well.  They can’t find love and have no trust in people.  They are hard to communicate with. People with mental health issues seek a way out but hang on to fear, trusting fear above all else. They withdraw and feel inadequate which often leads to alcohol problems and poor eating habits.  The will to take care of themselves is lost and they no longer care about their lives. They feel hopeless and that no one can help them.  But help is available.

What is the role of energy healing in breaking free from anxiety?

Healing helps to relieve the pain that comes with mental health disorders and helps to restore confidence to see we can turn the corner. Stress has medically proven to demonstrate itself in illnesses, not only in mental anguish but also in actual physical pain. The mind is the most difficult part of the body to heal. It stores up memories and repeat patterns reinforcing negative beliefs. Positive thoughts do not seem possible in pain. Energy Healing, however, quietens the mind. It restores the purpose of Life, sense of well-being, of worth and positivity.  We start to believe again that there is something good in Life and we are worthy people of value.  We can make a positive contribution.

I recently treated a lady who had travelled all the way from Italy.  She felt loneliness and despair and said that she was at her wits end having tried medication and many other complementary therapies.  After six courses of healing, she said she felt happy and free like she felt when she was six years old. Revitalised, and was able to start digging herself out of the holes she had fallen into.

Energy Healing comes from the Universal Energy Healing Force. It is not faith healing, it is channelling healing from the Energy we are born with, felt in abundance when young but lost as our lives become more and more complex.

Energy Healing is not magic and sometimes people think that healing can perform miracles.  On a few occasions when someone’s life has been truly ready for change, great things can happen. We have to be realistic; for example, healing will not change your financial situation directly but it can help to free you from a frozen state of mind so that you can work your way out with calmness and clarity.

Normally, the change of energy when being treated creates a shift to allow positivity at all levels and a sense of calm and well-being.  It is important for an individual to acknowledge positivity of each healing to build realistic steps to rebalance their lives. The more healing energy, the more positivity spreads and the speed of recovery increases.
