Honolulu ‘Villa One at Waiea’: One of One Five-Story Honolulu Penthouse to Sell at Auction

Concierge Auctions Developer Services Division
Villa One at Waiea, a five-storey penthouse at 1118 Ala Moana Boulevard, will sell via auction through Concierge Auctions beginning 14 April and closing 29 April. The property includes a private pool, resort-style amenities, four parking spaces, and Pacific Ocean views from all levels. Concierge Auctions, majority owned by Sotheby's, specialises in accelerated sales for luxury developments through its proprietary technology platform and global buyer network.
The residence was designed by architect James Cheng and interior designer Tony Ingrao. The five-storey layout separates living and sleeping spaces across the property's custom design. Bidding occurs on conciergeauctions.com with qualified buyers competing for the single unit.
Honolulu's luxury residential market has seen sustained demand from mainland buyers seeking Pacific exposure. The auction model reduces time on market compared to traditional listing, a key advantage for high-value properties where buyer pools are concentrated and liquidity matters.
The sale will direct proceeds toward Giveback Homes through its Key For Key programme, which funds housing for families in need. Concierge Auctions operates this charitable component across its portfolio of high-value residential sales.
