Rich Monday Paper- How to Win Business Awards
This edition of Rich Monday Paper- How To Win Business Awards, invites you to celebrate Matthew Ansell and what it takes to break down self-doubt. We explore the art of building what we call a bank of confidence: the choices that build a stronger body, a clearer mind and a more intentional life.

This issue of Rich Monday Paper is here to challenge your self-doubt. In fact, we take it a step further as in Edition 63, we explore how to win business awards and finally start to consider yourself a winner.
There’s a moment, just before you hit submit your pricing, or walk into that room full of decision-makers, when something happens inside. A quiet whisper: “Are you sure you are good enough?” That voice doesn’t come from nowhere. It’s been rehearsed every single day. It’s been rehearsed by the systems we grew up in, by the headlines we scroll past, and by the digital world that applauds polished perfection while profiting from your self-doubt.
In our last edition, we explored what it means to feel glamorous every day—without the red carpet, without the flashbulbs, without waiting for anyone’s approval.

We challenged the idea that confidence is something given, and instead reframed it as something claimed. This week, we turn our attention to the red carpet itself. Not the one lined with cameras—but the one that leads to recognition, business awards, and industry applause.
The Corner Office Mindset
Our feature story with Matthew Ansell breaks down the art of building what we call a bank of confidence: the practice of stacking daily proof that you are capable, that you are credible, and that you have something rare to offer. Confidence isn’t a performance—it’s a discipline. And once you begin making deposits, you can start to shrink self-doubt down to size.
Gravity always wins — unless you engineer against it. This article was published online by our sister publication. Only read this if you want to know what is the real reason your goals fail (and how the smartest leaders engineer gravity in 5 moves).

Success is not a battle against obstacles. It’s a battle against gravity.
Goals don’t fail because we stopped believing. They fail because we underestimated the forces pulling against us — time, friction, decay, distraction.
Real success is engineered to defy these forces, not wish them away.
In the 7 Hacks to Change Your Mindset, we reveal the practical ways high performers rewire their inner world. Not by chasing hustle for hustle’s sake—but by expecting better outcomes, asking better questions, and reclaiming authorship over the narrative playing in their mind.
This edition also takes a hard look at The Pricing Paradox, especially for women founders. After decades of being taught to shrink, stay agreeable, and seek approval over agency, women are rewriting their value—and their pricing—to reflect their true power. We explore how this silent revolution has taken shape over the last 50 years, and how you can step into that lineage of boldness today.
And we don’t stop there. In How Social Media Teaches You to Be Sad we uncover the disturbing ways your feed trains your brain to accept disappointment as your default—and how it tricks you into believing that shrinking your joy was somehow your choice.
Pope Francis’ Factor: the Architect of Compassion Changing History

The Architect of Compassion, Pope Francis is changing history, as thousands of mourners filled St. Peter’s Square and millions more watched from around the world, we reflect on the one factor that lights up the soul.
EU Focus
Strengthening Post-Brexit Ties: The UK and EU are preparing to finalize a comprehensive agreement at the upcoming May 19 summit. Key areas of cooperation include a new defense pact, youth mobility schemes, energy partnerships, and streamlined trade regulations. This marks a significant step toward rebuilding and enhancing bilateral relations
Inflation Targets Within Reach: The European Department of the IMF has indicated that the EU is on track to achieve its 2% inflation target sustainably by the second half of 2025. This positive outlook reflects stabilizing energy prices and wage growth aligning with projections.
InvestAI Initiative Launch: The EU has unveiled the InvestAI initiative, committing €200 billion to bolster artificial intelligence infrastructure. Plans include constructing AI “gigafactories” equipped with advanced GPUs, positioning Europe as a competitive player in the global AI arena.
‘Scientific Asylum’ for Researchers: European universities are offering positions to US-based researchers facing challenges under the Trump administration’s policies. The White House administration’s campaign against so-called “wokeism” has sidelined research initiatives focused on topics like diversity and the climate crisis, labeling them as politically sensitive. Meanwhile, broad funding cuts have put scientists at leading institutions—including NASA—at risk of losing their jobs. This initiative not only supports academic freedom but also enriches the EU’s research landscape with diverse expertise.
Better Lifestyle Choices

Where do you start choosing to treat your body like someone you love? Especially when you never learned how. An anti-inflammatory lifestyle is about learning how stress shows up in your body and doing something about it. It’s not about perfection. You will learn to trust your body again and it will begin to trust you back. Chasing youth and wellness trends aside, reclaim your right to feel good in your own skin and refuse to settle for anything less.
From Skywatchers to Star Makers
Last week on April 25, skywatchers were treated to a rare celestial spectacle as Venus, Saturn and the crescent moon appeared close together in the predawn sky, forming a triangular formation reminiscent of a smiley face. This event brought joy to astronomy enthusiasts worldwide. We couldn’t stop smiling as we celebrate our 5th Anniversary since Rich Woman Magazine- The Woman Re-imagined went online.

We first learned this lesson in 2020, when airports stood silent, hotels closed their doors, and our 30,000 printed copies were left without a destination. What felt like an ending became, in truth, was just a beginning into the unknown. While we carry on our treasured print editions, we had no choice but to reimagine everything — moving as fast as our vision could carry us, with only our logo to remind us who we were destined to be, how we connect with our readers, we built a new home online, like a holiday home, where you could grow your dreams in a very relaxed landscape, a home without borders, without walls.
Five years later, despite every obstacle, our community has grown across five continents and the print edition finds new homes every day. What was once bound by location is now bound only by shared purpose, resilience and a belief in a future built not by circumstance, but by courage. As we step into our next 50 years of inspiration, influence and excellence our team of Star Makers created a must have possibility that you deserve. Let’s spark a revolution of good news together!
